Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from either our Australian fulfilment point or directly from the Banda Islands (Indonesia), depending on the volume of the order, and the location of the customer. 
 
Typical lead times: 

  • Within Australia (Retail & Wholesale): 5–10 business days

  • International (Bulk): 8-10 weeks from confirmation of your order, including export processing.  

**All shipments are traceable and packed to preserve freshness and quality. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size, weight, and the delivery address location. 

  • For most wholesale orders within Australia, we offer flat-rate shipping or courier quotes provided at time of order.

  • Bulk import orders are quoted separately and may include freight forwarding fees, customs, and clearance. Insurance will be quoted separately (if available).
